Where can I trial your product?

Our best trial site is next to Carlingford Court shopping centre. In-home trial is possible too (charges may apply). Call 0412243450 to book an appointment with us.

Can I purchase your product using provider’s package (like Home Care, Aged Care, NDIS)?

We have helped many clients trial and organise the best suitable product through their providers.

Can I lift your product and load them into my small car or sedan?

Absolutely! A lot of our clients and their carers choose us simply for that reason. Being one of the lightest products in the world, you have the best chance to fit it into your regular car and even small car.

What is your warranty?

The product has 12 months warranty. Battery 6 months. Service will be at Carlingford site too.

What payment options are available?

Bank transfer or PayID is preferred as it has no surcharge. Credit card is also available with 2.2% surcharge.
